凱斯幼兒教育研發支持經理凱斯國際凱斯國際教育咨詢(北京)有限公司,凱斯國際,凱斯職責描述:
-與美國總部的教研及運營部門保持溝通,進行Kids‘R’Kids幼兒園課程體系的本地化以及本地課程的開發。課程包括幼兒園各年齡段的核心課程、輔助課程以及夏令營課程。
-負責Kids‘R’Kids幼兒園運營體系標準化文檔的研發。包括各類手冊、表格、流程、標識的開發、更新和維護。
-負責Kids‘R’Kids標準化培訓體系的維護和更新,進行標準化培訓課程包的研發和維護。
-執行每年兩次的幼兒園督導檢查,根據第一次檢查的結果,進行必要的跟蹤回訪,對所有檢查、督導、信件溝通等相關文件進行整理和歸檔。
-為全國各地的Kids‘R’Kids幼兒園提供教育教學、運營標準和衛生安全等方面的培訓,包括現場、遠程錄播和直播等形式的培訓和指導。
-作為新建幼兒園籌建團隊的主要參與者,協助進行幼兒園的籌備并提供教學及質量控制標準方面的培訓,并對新幼兒園進行開園初期的現場支持。
-完成公司管理團隊提前或臨時安排的相關事務
任職要求:
-碩士及以上學歷,幼兒教育專業者優先
-有優秀的英語口語和書面表達能力,有海外學習和工作經歷者優先
-三年以上幼兒園教育相關工作經驗
-對幼兒教育事業充滿熱情,對孩子充滿愛
-了解國家和地方在幼兒教育方面的相關規定、標準和要求
-極強的服務意識、團隊合作意識、學習能力、人際溝通能力、執行力,高度的責任感,細致的工作風格
