NPDProjectMgr/新產品開發(fā)項目經理JobOutput:

AdivisionofinvestmentCo.,Ltd.isseekingaprojectmanagerwhowillreportdirectlytotheSeniorManagerofAsianNewProductDevelopment.ThisisahighprofileandvisiblerolewithintheNPDandGo-To-Marketorganizationthatrequiresanon-compromisingcommitmenttowardsthesuccessfulachievementoftargetedobjectives.Therolewillbeinvolvedinallaspectsofthenewproductdevelopmentprocess,startingwithideationandthedevelopmentofkeyproductsegmentinputs(technologyplatforms,competitiveinformation,etc)throughtoandincludingcommercialization.

?ThedesignandexecutionofnewproductdevelopmentprojectswithintheNPDOrganization.

?Insuringtheeffective/disciplineduseoftheNPDprocessandrelatedsub-processesbyallprojectteamandfunctionalsupportmembers.

?SupportingProductManagersinthedevelopmentofbusinesschartersandotherkeydocumentation.

?Managingmulti-disciplinedprojectteamsintheachievementofselectedstrategicandtacticalobjectives.

?Developingandmanagingprojectmetricsthatmonitorprojectperformanceagainstestablishedobjectives.

?Developingandmanagingprojectbudgetswithinagreedupontargets.

?DevelopingandmanagingprojectresourceplansthroughClarityandtheresourcemanagementprocess.

?Achievingtargetedcost,scheduleandproductperformanceobjectives.

?Providingleadershipformulti-disciplinedandgeographicallyseparatedprojectteams.

?TheeffectivecommunicationofprojectactivitiestoallkeyNPDprocessandbusinessstakeholders.

?ParticipatinginNPDprocess‘tollgate’meetings,asdefinedbyprojectandprocessrequirements.

?AnalyzingandrecommendingimprovementsintheNPDprocessandsupportingsub-processes.

?Coachingselectedresourcesintheeffectiveuseofprojectmanagementtoolsandtechniques.

KeyInternalCustomersandSuppliers:

-ThispositionwillhavefrequentinteractionwithveryseniormembersoftheglobaloperationsincludingthecorporateStrategicProjectManager,theVPWorldwideR&D,GeneralNPDmanagerandManagingDirectorAsiaPacific,etc.

-Itisimportantthatcandidatesforthispositionbecomfortableinteractingwithexecutivesaswellasshopemployeeswhoareinvolvedintheproductionoperations.

-TheNewProductDevelopmentProjectManageralsowillservesasamemberoftheWorldwideR&DOrganization–andwillcollaboratewithotherproject,technicalandfunctionalleadersensuringtheeffectiveutilizationofresourcesandachievementofallprojectobjectives.

Requirements/Qualifications

-BSdegreeinEngineering,Chemistry,orotherrelatedfieldofstudy.

-10+yearsbusinessexperience.

-Superiororganizationalandprojectmanagementskillswithaminimumof2yearsinleadprojectmanagementrole(s).

-Excellentwritten,verbalandinterpersonalcommunicationskillswithGoodEnglish

-Strongreasoningandlogicskills.

-Provenabilitytomotivateanddriveresultsinpositionswithout'direct'managementcontrol.

-Previousexperiencewithproductsorresilient/vinyltypeproductmanufacturingwouldbeatremendousasset.

新產品開發(fā)經理1、針對粘膠纖維差別化和功能性新產品,負責項目的技術開發(fā)和項目管理

2、培養(yǎng)技術團隊在新產品在紡織和無紡的技術開發(fā)能力

3、和市場部和銷售部門以及客戶有很好的溝通能力,積極推動新產品的推廣

4、和生產部門及質量部密切合作,完成新產品從試生產到規(guī)模放大的整個過程

5、負責推動新產品項目在各個部門的合作機制,應用Stagegateprocess管理并最終完成商業(yè)化

6、建立和下游客戶及供應商良好的合作關系

教育:本科及以上學歷(本科需5年以上相關工作經歷;碩士及博士需2-3年相關工作經歷)

經驗:有關粘膠及粘膠纖維產品開發(fā)經歷,熟悉新產品開發(fā)流程和項目管理,推進以及跨部門合作,較強的分析問題、解決問題的能力,較強的數據處理能力,很好的管理經驗。

英語水平:較好的英語聽說讀寫能力。

電腦:熟練掌握Windows系統(tǒng)及Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)、CAD等軟件。

熟悉粘膠纖維新產品開發(fā)流程和項目管理,推進以及跨部門合作

和生產部門及質量部密切合作,完成新產品從試生產到規(guī)模放大的整個過程

了解粘膠纖維市場及下游紡紗和無紡應用。
