Themainjobobjectiveistoprovideconsultingadviceandservicetoclientstosupportthevaryingneedsinimprovingfinancefunctionincludingfinancialtransformation,managementaccounting,externalandinternalreporting,budgetingandforecasting,costandprofitabilityanalysisandperformancemanagement.
Requirements:
?Bachelor'sorMaster'sdegreewithaminimumof5years’workingexperience,preferablywith3yearsinabusinessconsultingfirmtakingaleadingroleinprojectdelivery.
?Strongbusinessacumen,withrichexperienceinoneormoreofthefollowingdisciplines:
?Financialtransformationconsultingforlargeenterprise,suchasfinancestrategy,financeorganizationandbusinessdataflowdesign,etc;
?Budgetandmanagementreportingconsultingandsystemimplementationforlargeenterprise;
?Financialanalysisandforecastingmodelingdesignandimplementationondifferentbusinessarea;
?KPIsystemdesignduringbudgetormanagementreportproject;
?Theotherdigitalfinanceanddataanalysissolutions.
?Experienceintheoperations,implementationorasa“super-user”ofERP/EPM/BIsystemsisaplus;
?ExperienceworkinginBig-4firmsorotherglobalconsultingfirmisaplus;
?Demonstratedtrustedadvisorwithin-depthunderstandingoftheindustryandmarket;
?Demonstratedkeysubjectmatterexpertwiththeabilitytodevelopthoughtleadershipanddeliversolutionsforclients;
?Demonstratedmanagementskills,includingtheabilitytotrainanddevelopstaffmanageprojectbudgets,anddevelopstrongclientrelationships;

公司財務分析崗位職責(七)
1.對公司整體財務運行情況進行分析,做出書面報告。
2.對公司資產、負債、所有者權益情況進行具體量化分析,通過期間比較,發現問題與異常,提出合理化建議。
3.對預算執行情況、費用開支、資金收支計劃進行分析,甑別異常情況,提出改進建議。
4.負責提交相關財務報表,保證準確及時,報表包括(但不限于):資產負債表、損益表、利潤分配表、現金流量表、費用分析表、趨勢分析表等。
5.分析公司收入、利潤實現情況,提出增收合理化建議。
6.對公司內控制度等執行情況進行分析總結,提出改進建議與措施。
7.完成領導交辦的其它工作。
篇3:財務分析師崗位職責范本
負責公司標準成本設置與維護,成本核算與分析等工作,為新產品、投資項目的財務測算、獲利、風險分析等提供在成本方面的依據。
1.根據QAD系統和職能部門提供的數據進行成本核算與分配,并按時完成成本分析和成本報表的編制。
2.根據標準成本管理程序負責標準成本的變更和維護;負責對標準脫離實際的差異進行分析,并提供分析報表。
3.協助進行新產品的價格測算;獲得客戶定點后,對項目的盈利狀況和成本變化狀況進行跟蹤分析。協助項目經理做好項目開發過程中的財務控制。
4.參與公司的意向投資項目,提供可行性財務分析,為最終決策提供依據。
5.協助完成年度預算,五年業務計劃。
