篇2:實驗室主任安全職責

1、實驗室主任為本實驗室安全責任人,對校,院負責.嚴格執行校,院有關安全管理規定,并結合本單位實際情況,組織制定實驗室安全管理細則.

2、經常對有關人員進行法律法規教育和"四防"安全教育,督促他們自覺遵守各項安全管理規章制度.

3、經常組織安全檢查,做好安全記錄.發現隱患漏洞,及時處理.因客觀因素凡本室難以整改的,必須采取臨時應急措施,同時向上級領導書面匯報,以求得到解決.

4、指定專人負責保管易燃,易爆,化學危險物品和貴重儀器設備,材料,進行分類貯存,做到責任到人,嚴格危險物品管理及使用制度,控制領用數量,掌握危險物品的使用情況.要嚴格遵照有關規定使用劇毒藥品,嚴格審批制度.

5、確定安全檢查員(應相對穩定),負責日常安全檢查工作.

6,有案情發生時,必須第一時間到現場并組織保護好現場,及時報案,提供情況,協助查破.發生事故,要認真追查,分清責任,及時上報處理.

篇3:實驗室負責人安全職責

1.實驗室負責人為實驗室環境及安全的第一責任人,實驗室各房間必須明確具體的安全和環境責任人,做好實驗室防火、防盜等工作,避免事故的發生。

2.實驗室應嚴格遵守國家、上級主管部門和公司頒布的一系列有關實驗室安全、環保、保密的法規和制度,定期檢查實驗室的防火、防爆、防盜、防泄密等安全措施的落實情況,定期開展安全、環保、保密教育;加強實驗室工作人員的安全意識,提高他們的理論水平和處理緊急事故的技能。

3.各實驗室應根據工作特點,制定相關的安全實施細則,同時加強對各類化學品(藥品)的管理,要有專人負責管理。

4.實驗室要做好環境保護和勞動保護工作。對高溫、輻射、噪聲、毒性、激光、放射性、粉塵、超凈等對人體有害的環境加強監督和勞動保護工作。

5.實驗室要嚴格遵守國家環境保護工作的有關規定,不得隨意排放廢氣、廢水、廢物,不得污染周圍環境。

6.制定并落實消防安全管理措施和儀器設備操作規程;開展消防安全宣傳教育和消防知識培訓,定期進行撲救初起火災技術訓練;進行經常性的內部防火安全檢查,及時制止、糾正違法、違章行為,發現并消除火災隱患;保證疏散通道、安全出口的暢通。

7.各實驗室按要求配備必要的消防器材,并保持消防器材的完好。儀器設備安放規范、合理,符合有關制度的要求。各實驗室發生安全事故必須及時上報安全部門和公司領導,實驗室應建立突發事故緊急預案,一旦發生事故應及時采取相應措施。
