渦輪試驗技術(shù)主任/副主任設(shè)計師/主管工程師

職責(zé)描述

1)開展渦輪試驗設(shè)備建設(shè)、維護(hù)與升級改造工作；

2)在商發(fā)的試驗器上開展渦輪(氣動/換熱)試驗相關(guān)活動，包括試驗相關(guān)文件編制、試驗的實施，試驗數(shù)據(jù)的處理；

3)渦輪(氣動/換熱)試驗的流程、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范及質(zhì)量體系建設(shè)；

4)參與商發(fā)外部渦輪(氣動/換熱)試驗的策劃、過程參與、質(zhì)量管控；

5)技術(shù)人員能力培養(yǎng)工作；

6)渦輪(氣動/換熱)試驗先進(jìn)和關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究；

7)專業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃制定。

崗位要求：

1)業(yè)務(wù)工作年限和經(jīng)驗要求：8年以上航空發(fā)動機、燃?xì)廨啓C等相關(guān)科研試驗經(jīng)驗，3年以上渦輪試驗工作經(jīng)歷（注：主管工程師要求5年以上航空發(fā)動機、燃?xì)廨啓C等相關(guān)科研試驗經(jīng)驗；3年以上渦輪試驗工作經(jīng)歷）；

2)專業(yè)要求：渦輪(氣動/換熱)試驗相關(guān)專業(yè)，具有航空發(fā)動機結(jié)構(gòu)原理、航空發(fā)動機傳熱學(xué)、葉片機原理、氣體動力學(xué)、流體力學(xué)、工程熱力學(xué)等及相應(yīng)科目專業(yè)知識；

3)教育水平：碩士研究生（或同等學(xué)歷）及以上學(xué)歷；

4)專業(yè)技能要求及程度：1.熟悉掌握渦輪試驗所運用的氣動換熱相似理論；2.熟悉渦輪工作原理及相關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)特征；3.熟悉渦輪試驗所需要運用的測試技術(shù)；4.熟悉掌握渦輪試驗器所涉及的設(shè)備知識；5.能夠在國內(nèi)現(xiàn)有技術(shù)水平技術(shù)上發(fā)展處渦輪試驗可用的相關(guān)新技術(shù)；

5)應(yīng)具備的資格證書：高級工程師職稱證書（注：主管工程師要求中級工程師職稱證書）；

6)具有較好的撰寫報告或論文的能力，并具有一定的業(yè)務(wù)溝通交流的經(jīng)歷和經(jīng)驗；

7)英語技能要求：CET-4以上或者相應(yīng)等級，能閱讀本專業(yè)英文資料，有一定的英語口語交流能力；

8)熟練使用OFFICE，CAD，UG，Ansys，CFX/Flowmaster等軟件

系統(tǒng)測試驗證崗位職責(zé)

職責(zé)描述:

(1)研究智能感知系統(tǒng)的最優(yōu)架構(gòu);研究并驗證相應(yīng)的感知算法(雷達(dá)或LiDar算法);

(2)與芯片設(shè)計團(tuán)隊合作,完成智能感知芯片的spec定義更新和優(yōu)化;

(3)面向芯片功能和性能的wafer級/封裝芯片的測試和糾錯;

(4)基于芯片的模組設(shè)計與功能性能驗證。

任職要求:

(1)電路與系統(tǒng)、微電子與固體電子學(xué)、電子科學(xué)與技術(shù)、通信工程等相關(guān)專業(yè),碩士及以上學(xué)歷;
