某一線奢侈品牌招聘店鋪銷售主管Supervisor職位描述:

a.協(xié)助店長完成店鋪的銷售和非銷售目標

b.承擔部分店長所授權(quán)的店內(nèi)的日常管理工作,保證店鋪的良好運營;并在銷售過程中,為團隊成員提供必要的監(jiān)督和指導,保證銷售團隊提供符合旗艦店標準的客戶服務

c.建立和維護良好的客戶關(guān)系,使用專業(yè)的方式和技巧向客戶傳達品牌的知識和信息。
