TrainingandDevelopment

2.Supervisethetrainingofthestaffoncompanyprocedures,productknowledge,securityandoperations.
3.IdentifytraininganddevelopmentneedsforthestaffandgivefeedbacktoRetailManager
AfterSalesService
1.Ensurethatallstaffdulyprovidesaftersalesservice.
2.Advicethestorestaffonaftersalesserviceprocedure.
Operations/Housekeeping
1.Handleadministrativeduties,dailyreportsandstaffdutyrosters.
2.EnsureproperfunctioningofallsalessupportITsystems.
3.Ensurestoreisproperlymaintained.
4.Conductdailybriefing.
Merchandise/InventoryControl
1.Managehealthystocklevelandproductmixtoreflectsalesandcustomerdemands.
2.Supportmerchandisetransfer,stocktake,inventorycounts.
3.Ensuresafetyandgoodconditionofproducts.
4.Ensurestockandbackupstorageareeffectivelymanagedinanorganizedmanner.

品牌視覺(jué)設(shè)計(jì)師職責(zé)描述:
•品牌CI設(shè)計(jì)、企業(yè)與品牌識(shí)別設(shè)計(jì)、線上線下包裝設(shè)計(jì)等
•負(fù)責(zé)日常運(yùn)營(yíng)活動(dòng)及功能維護(hù)提供美術(shù)支持,包括Banner、H5視覺(jué)、海報(bào)、社會(huì)化傳播圖等。
•設(shè)計(jì)制作:如海報(bào)、DM、包裝、畫冊(cè)、VI設(shè)計(jì)、UI設(shè)計(jì)等工作。
•負(fù)責(zé)公司的形象設(shè)計(jì),產(chǎn)品宣傳設(shè)計(jì),公司對(duì)外宣傳活動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)。
•與市場(chǎng)部溝通了解需求,配合協(xié)助新媒體、活動(dòng)策劃完成設(shè)計(jì)制作。

•品牌活動(dòng)物料設(shè)計(jì),包括海報(bào)、DM、POP、Lookbook等,熟悉印前規(guī)劃與完稿流程
•協(xié)助電商團(tuán)隊(duì)制定與完成線上商城首頁(yè)、詳情頁(yè)、產(chǎn)品圖片等視覺(jué)呈現(xiàn)
任職要求:
•本科及以上學(xué)歷,美工藝術(shù)商業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)或相關(guān)專業(yè)。
•有2年以上平面設(shè)計(jì),商業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)及插畫設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先。
•熟練使用MacOS、AdobePhotoshop、Illustrator、AdobeInDesign等設(shè)計(jì)軟件
•有扎實(shí)的美術(shù)功底,了解流行趨勢(shì),構(gòu)圖與色彩表現(xiàn),有良好的創(chuàng)意思維和理解能力
•有較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神,有責(zé)任心,注重細(xì)節(jié)
•有時(shí)尚行業(yè)與海外工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
