職責描述：

崗位職責：

1、編寫本專業的設計任務書及設計指引，對擴初、施工圖設計的設計進度、質量管控；

2、參與電氣設備招投標的前期準備,負責招標技術要求的擬訂,參與考察施工單位和審核技術標；

3、配合項目部審核關鍵部位施工方案，并對關鍵工序施工工藝進行把關。

任職資格：

1、機電一體化、電氣類其他相關專業統招全日制本科及以上學歷；

2、五年以上大型設計院電氣設計經驗，擔任過綜合體、寫字樓、酒店購物中心項目電氣專業負責人，有大型房地產公司設計管理經驗的優先考慮；

3、熟悉項目設計、施工等管理流程，具有成本節控意識，有中級以上技術職稱或國家注冊專業工程師優先；

4、具有良好的的團隊合作、溝通的能力，責任心強。
