8年以上生產管理工作經驗，必須有跨國公司工作的經驗。有在橡膠，注塑，機械制造行業工作經驗的，優先考慮。

8+yearsmanufacturingexperiencewithforeigncompanyworkingbackground.Theexperienceofrubberorplasticinjectionormoldingisplus.

熟悉ISO9001體系，必須有精益生產的管理經驗,熟悉使用精益生產的各種工具.。

FamiliarwithISOsystemrequirement,musthas6sigma&Leanmanufactureexperience.BefamiliarwithLeantoolsfordailymanagement.

有很強的自我管理，組織能力，敢于做決定，能夠承擔工作壓力，本人愿意動手親自處理問題。

Proactiveandgoodmanagementskills,Goodtroubleshootingandproblem-solvingskills,workwithpressure.

良好的人際關系和優秀的溝通能力。

Stronginterpersonalandexcellentcommunicationskill.

熟悉操作辦公軟件，中英文，說寫良好。

職位職責KeyResponsibilities

負責領導生產模壓團隊，管理整個模壓生產線，達到及完成產量和任務。

Leadandmanageproductionmoldingteamtomeetproductionschedule&achieveoutputtargets.

根據生產過程中出現的人員，物料供給，質量問題的狀況，進行有效協調及提前計劃。

Planandcoordinatemanpower,materialandqualityinefficiency.Dobesttosolveproblemonline.

確保生產現場員工的工作紀律，工作現場的5S，各項安全制度的執行及遵守。

Ensureworkshoptohavewelldiscipline,5Sandmonitorthesafetyoperationonline.

負責員工崗位職責職位要求，給工人提供工作理念培訓及安全教育培訓,并不斷改進提高。
