職位描述:
JOBSUMMARY/PURPOSE:
Toassistinleadinganddirectingthewinelist,serviceofwineandbar.
Tomaintainthehighestservicestandards.
Tomotivatetheteamtoachievethesestandards.
Tocreateanddevelopnewideaswiththegoalofincreasingthelevelsofrevenueandprofitabilityandincreasingthequalityofservice.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strivetoforfillobjectivessetfortherestaurant,assistindevelopthemarketingstrategy.
Responsibleforattainingtherevenuetargets.
Beresponsibleforthecreationandmaintenanceofthewine,beverageandcocktaillistsfortherestaurantandbar.
Sourcingofwinesofexceptionandexcellencefromaroundtheworld.
Workingwiththepurchasingdepartmenttoacquirelicencesorproducts.
Monitoringandmaintainingofabove.
Toberesponsiblefortheday-to-dayrunningofthebarandwinecellar,ensuringthatwineandbeveragecoverageismaintainedatalltimes.
Minimizewastageandincreaseprofitsthroughtightcontrolandstocktakingallbeverageitems(hardandsoft)onaregularandfrequentbasis.
Totightlyregulatethephysicalcashflowofthebarareaensuringthatcorrectproceduresandpoliciesarebeingadheredtobyallbarandwinewaitersandtenders,implementingsecuritystepstopreventthemisuseand/orpilferingofmoniesand/orgoods.
ToprovideaservicetoclientsofthehigheststandardasaresetbytheCompaniesminimumstandardsandtoensurethatthebrigadedolikewise.

?WSET/CMS或同等級證書
·具備一定的領導能力與超強的團隊協作能力
.流利中文、英文口語
