職責描述

1.負責從產品立項到量產階段的項目過程管理;

2.制定項目實施計劃,負責協調資源并按計劃推進項目實施工作,及時發現和妥善處理突發性事件,按時按質交付實施成果;

3.宏觀把控項目風險,產品質量,主動溝通預警重要偏差,定期匯報項目進展,保障項目完成;

4.有產品意識,項目管理的過程需要以產品優化為核心,能夠獨立思考,為產品經理提出建設性意見;

5.對內能夠協調多部門合作完成項目目標,對外能夠協作工廠、供應商等合作伙伴,制定合理的項目目標,達到共贏;

6.對于日常遇到的項目問題,需要能夠主動思考,提出系統化的解決方案,并形成可操作的流程優化管理辦法;

7.及時追蹤并總結量產前生產瓶頸問題點,整合研發、品質、生產團隊解決問題;

8.確認新產品爬坡狀態,梳理量產風險點并主導解決。

職位要求

1、全日制大學本科及以上學歷;

2、3年以上NPI導入經驗,具備測試程序開發、調試能力;

3、對智能硬件有一定見解,熟悉智能硬件行業的特點及解決方案;

4、優秀的溝通能力和團隊合作精神及高度的責任心、能承受較大工作壓力、主觀能動性強;

5、良好的服務意識和團隊精神,有責任心,工作認真,抗壓能力強。

新產品開發經理1、針對粘膠纖維差別化和功能性新產品,負責項目的技術開發和項目管理

2、培養技術團隊在新產品在紡織和無紡的技術開發能力

4、和生產部門及質量部密切合作,完成新產品從試生產到規模放大的整個過程

英語水平:較好的英語聽說讀寫能力。

電腦:熟練掌握Windows系統及Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)、CAD等軟件。
