職位描述：

職責(zé)描述：

1.負(fù)責(zé)總裝車間質(zhì)量體系的構(gòu)建、維護(hù)、推廣和執(zhí)行情況的審核；

2.負(fù)責(zé)總裝車間質(zhì)量體系文件質(zhì)量管控文件的編制&審核；

3.負(fù)責(zé)總裝車間的內(nèi)外審準(zhǔn)備以及迎審工作；

4.代表車間參加質(zhì)量部門的AUDIT評(píng)審工作，并組織各科室及時(shí)解決AUDIT發(fā)現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題；

5.負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)過程中質(zhì)量問題分析，制定解決措施，實(shí)施驗(yàn)證工作，確保問題關(guān)閉；

6.負(fù)責(zé)量產(chǎn)車型質(zhì)量問題收集及分析改進(jìn)工作；

7.參與總裝質(zhì)量目標(biāo)分解，制定各個(gè)階段的質(zhì)量目標(biāo)及質(zhì)量控制方案；

8.負(fù)責(zé)組織每周/月的質(zhì)量例會(huì)；

9.負(fù)責(zé)總裝車間QC活動(dòng)的管理；

10.負(fù)責(zé)總裝車間檢查班工作管理；

11.及時(shí)完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其它工作。

崗位要求：

1.汽車/管理/質(zhì)量/電氣/相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷；

2.從事總裝質(zhì)量控制等工作8年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

3.具有豪華車型質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

4.能夠熟練編制評(píng)審流程和評(píng)審文件，參與ISO9001/TS16949等認(rèn)證工作；

5.具有分析問題、解決問題的能力；具有良好的溝通能力和組織能力；

6.熟練運(yùn)用AutoCAD,Office等軟件。
