運營估算成本工程師佳兆業金沙灣國際樂園公司佳兆業金沙灣國際樂園公司崗位職責:

1、負責游樂項目、冰雪世界、海洋館、其他場館等運營類項目的招標采購,包括但不限于運營物資、各種秀場、海洋生物、標識標牌等成本控制工作,運營類工程的成本計價、分析及結算工作;

2、負責運營階段及前期工程造價資料的收集整理,配合完成定價、招標及評標工作;

3、按合同相關條款辦理運營類工程的決算及督查工程合同的跟蹤執行;

4、及時準確完成相關變更測算,跟進已完工程的結算;

5、組織開展商務洽談,確保合作伙伴的長期友好合作。

任職資格:

1、35歲以下,造價、預算相關專業統招全日制本科以上學歷;

2、有相關運營項目、造價咨詢公司安裝工程造價類工作經驗;

3、有大型綜合體項目,游樂、冰雪、海洋館及其他場館類的招標及結算等工作經歷;

4、熟悉工程計量規則及行業標準,了解預結算計算技巧,熟練應用工程計價軟件及各類辦公軟件;

5、熟悉相關管理及業務流程,具備造價師資格,注冊造價工程師優先考慮。

-Providereliabilityofcostingdataateachphasesindependently,andtoallinternalcustomers(programmanagers,sitemanagers,sales/purchasingmanagers)ofthedivision

-CompletecostingBOMduringacquisitionphase;focusonmaterialcost(BOP),evaluateprocesscostalsosupportdesigntocostactivities&providerecommendationtoimproveprofitability

-Setcosttargetsfornew&modifiedpurchasedcomponents(piecepriceandtoolingcost)

-EvaluateECRcostassessmentduringprogramphase

-Providesupportduringsuppliernegotiationsthroughanalysisofsupplier’spricebreakdowndetailand/or“shouldcost”analysis

-Seriallife(VA/VEactivities)

-Ensureprogramcostingproceduresareimplementedandfollowed

-Ensurethatcostingprocedureareimplemented,andtoolsused

-Providecostingrisk/opportunitiesanalysistothemanagementofthedivisionandperprogram

-Supplieraudit

-Involveinspecialcostingprojectwhenrequired

-CompliancetoCodeofEthicsandCodeofManagement

-Othersifneeded
