機加工技術(shù)員蘇州優(yōu)力克流體控制科技有限公司蘇州優(yōu)力克流體控制科技有限公司,優(yōu)力克職責描述:1、負責現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)任務(wù)的執(zhí)行情況的跟進、及現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)管理和員工的紀律管理
(1)任何檢驗提出需要返工的及打磨的東西,如沒有特殊情況,必須當天完成,并需檢驗確認返工結(jié)果;
(2)要不停的糾正員工平時的不良習慣,包括:量具的擺放、工具的擺放、物料的擺放、現(xiàn)場衛(wèi)生的整理、機床內(nèi)部鐵屑的清理等;
(3)協(xié)助班長檢查現(xiàn)場員工尺寸記錄單的填寫情況,機床周邊不可以有跟正在加工產(chǎn)品不相關(guān)的工具、工裝、刀具、工單及其他文件;
(3)隨時檢查工作場所,對員工的紀律問題及時發(fā)現(xiàn),并要當場指出并要求立即糾正;如遇到經(jīng)常違反的現(xiàn)象,必須按照公司制度進行處理;
(4)協(xié)助班長對現(xiàn)場進行管理、員工紀律的監(jiān)督工作等;
2、負責加工程序的調(diào)用、負責產(chǎn)品首件的調(diào)機、質(zhì)量確認
(1)保證產(chǎn)品換型程序選用的正確性,確保產(chǎn)品首件調(diào)試順利完成
(2)監(jiān)督調(diào)試人員和巡檢完成首件的尺寸測量工作,確保產(chǎn)品首件的合格
(3)負責產(chǎn)品加工異常問題的分析、處理
(5)及時對現(xiàn)場的NCR進行處理,并對問題進行分析,提高員工的質(zhì)量意識
(6)對處理好的NCR進行跟蹤,一直到該問題處理完成
3、協(xié)助生產(chǎn)主管進行效率的提升和質(zhì)量的改善
(1)根據(jù)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)象,及時提出生產(chǎn)過程中的問題,并給出自己的建議,保證產(chǎn)品保質(zhì)、保量的完成
(2)負責新產(chǎn)品量產(chǎn)、產(chǎn)品工裝準備和產(chǎn)品換線前的準備工作及按指定區(qū)域放置管理
(3)負責新樣品的打樣工作,完善打樣程序及該產(chǎn)品的加工注意細節(jié)
(4)協(xié)助工藝部完成工裝的管理定制擺放的工作
5、生產(chǎn)主管指派的其他工作任務(wù)
任職要求:在油汽API6A行業(yè)做過,加工中心NHM6300、數(shù)控機床PUMA600、400LC、加工中心HM805、數(shù)控機床PUMA405、無損探傷機CQE-15000、無損探傷機CJW-6000。
