擺放銀餐具沒什么難的,你沒有必要像做地圖一樣將他們擺放得那么精確。只要按使用的順序擺放,由外及內(nèi)即可。現(xiàn)在我們來看看這些餐具傳統(tǒng)上是怎么擺放的。

Cocktailfork:seafoodorfruitcocktail,lobster,andforservingpicklesorolives.

開胃食品餐叉:吃海鮮、開胃水果、龍蝦時(shí)用,吃泡菜、橄欖的時(shí)候也可以用它。

Saladfork:salads,fish,pies,pastries,andcoldmeats.

沙拉餐叉:吃沙拉、魚肉、餡餅、點(diǎn)心以及冷盤時(shí)用。

Fishfork:inplaceofthedinnerforkwhenfishisserved.

餐叉:吃魚的時(shí)候,魚餐叉是用來替代正餐叉的。

Dinnerfork:allentreese*ceptfish.

正餐叉:除了魚之外,適用于吃所有的主菜。

Steakknife:forcuttingmeats.

牛排刀:用來切肉。

Fishknife:inplaceofdinnerorsteakknifewhenfishisserved.

食魚刀:吃魚的時(shí)候用來替代餐刀和牛排刀的。

Butterknife:butterpats,softcheeses,chutneysandrelishes.
