FortheapplicationofEN294,EN457,EN842,EN953,EN954-1clause5.3,prEN1005-2,prEN1005-3,EN1837,EN60204-1themanufacturershallcarryoutanadequateriskassessmentfortherequirementsthereofwherechoiceisnecessary.

9?Electricalsafetydevices

12?Transmissionelementsusedforsafetypurposes

1.1.1.2?安全性傳動(dòng)元件

Transmissionelements,e.g.safetyrelatedwiring,pipework,rods,safetyropes,chains,shallbedesignedsothatfailureshallnotleadtoadangerouscondition.Intheeventoffailureorrupture,acategory"0"orcategory"1"stopfunctionshallbeautomaticallyinitiated,asappropriatetobecompatiblewiththedesign(seeEN60204-1,clause9.2.2).

5.2.2.3.1?Fullflowdirectionalvalveswhichareusedforsafetypurposesshallbedesignedsothatintheeventofvalvecontrolpressurefailurethevalveshallnotmovetoadangerouspositionforthesystem.

篇2:電磁兼容檢測(cè)儀接收機(jī)安全管理辦法

一、目的:為指導(dǎo)和規(guī)范接收機(jī)的安全使用設(shè)備。

二、范圍:僅適用于本公司接收機(jī)。

三、安全操作使用規(guī)程

(電磁電容傳導(dǎo)干擾系統(tǒng)與EMC200A單相模擬電源網(wǎng)絡(luò),三臺(tái)DAG隔離變壓器配套使用)

1.操作者必須了解并熟悉該性能和使用說明書操作步驟的全部內(nèi)容和工作原理。

2.使用環(huán)境:正常工作條件溫度:0-40℃,相對(duì)濕度≤80%,供電電源:電壓198V-242V,頻率:47.5-52.5HZ。最佳測(cè)試環(huán)境是在屏蔽房內(nèi)進(jìn)行,測(cè)試房最佳樓層為一樓,以便使接地電阻最小。注意:千萬不要在放有易燃、易爆品的地方使用儀器,在這種環(huán)境下使用該儀器都可能引起安全傷害。

3.特別注意:在測(cè)量過程中,由于開、關(guān)、裝、卸被測(cè)設(shè)備時(shí)會(huì)產(chǎn)生較大的尖峰脈沖,為了避免出現(xiàn)意外情況而損害儀器,請(qǐng)按以下步驟順序操作:

3.1.讓儀器停止掃頻(如果儀器在掃頻,按停止鍵STOP圖標(biāo))。

3.2.裝上負(fù)載,打開測(cè)試盒式開關(guān),給負(fù)載上電。

3.3.按測(cè)試鍵,儀器進(jìn)入掃頻測(cè)試。

3.4.掃頻完畢,屏幕處于停止?fàn)顟B(tài),再關(guān)掉測(cè)試盒開關(guān),卸下負(fù)載,如果儀器還處理掃頻測(cè)試階段,如想關(guān)掉測(cè)試盒開關(guān)或卸下負(fù)載,必須先按停止鍵,讓屏幕停止掃頻,然后才可以關(guān)掉測(cè)試盒開關(guān),卸下負(fù)載。如果被測(cè)設(shè)備的功率較大(30W以上)請(qǐng)按以下步驟順序操作:

A讓儀器停止掃頻(如果儀器在掃頻,按停止鍵STOP圖標(biāo))。

B拔下電源網(wǎng)絡(luò)這頭的同軸電纜。

C裝上負(fù)載,打開測(cè)試盒開關(guān),給負(fù)載上電。

D插上同軸電纜

E按測(cè)試鍵,儀器進(jìn)入掃頻測(cè)試

F掃頻完畢,屏幕處于停止?fàn)顟B(tài),再拔下電源網(wǎng)絡(luò)這頭的同軸電纜

G再關(guān)掉測(cè)試盒開關(guān),卸下負(fù)載。

頻繁地插拔同軸電纜的目的是使接收機(jī)避開由于開、關(guān)、裝、卸被測(cè)設(shè)備時(shí)所產(chǎn)生的尖峰脈沖,免使接收機(jī)受到不必要的損害。

4.更換保險(xiǎn)絲之前必須關(guān)斷儀器電源開關(guān),并把儀器電源線從電源插座中拔出,所用保險(xiǎn)絲必須是符合規(guī)定的保險(xiǎn)絲,最大額定電壓250V,最大額定電流1A,類型:快速型,尺寸￠5*20,以防發(fā)生火災(zāi),嚴(yán)禁將保險(xiǎn)絲管座短路,非專業(yè)維修人員不得打開儀器外殼。

5.嚴(yán)禁各類腐蝕性物品接觸設(shè)備,關(guān)機(jī)后必須切斷電源。
