8.Workwithnationalstrategy&marketingteamaswellaslocalsalesteamsinorganizinglocalmarketingevents

9.Takeandproducemeetingminutesofsalesmeetings

篇3:銷售協調員(保時捷)崗位職責描述崗位要求

職位描述

1、協助銷售部經理制定銷售計劃和庫存計劃,在銷售數據和庫存數據存在較大、非正常偏差時做出預警;

2、根據年、月銷售計劃和實際銷售情況,協助銷售部經理及時調整供需;

3、根據銷售部計劃和銷售情況,協助銷售部經理完成車輛訂單計劃;

4、負責日、月、年銷售、庫存狀況的統計,匯總及分析,并將信息及時上報銷售部經理并反饋給相關銷售人員;

5、匯總、上傳廠方需要的各項信息,并進行整理、統計和分析;

6、保管原始銷售資料及憑證,建立月銷售管理檔案;

7、負責及時準確錄入DMS系統,完成包括零售,申報等錄入工作;

8、協助銷售部經理,新車庫管人員進行車輛的分配,調動。

職位要求

1、大專以上學歷,具有良好的溝通協調能力;

2、具有汽車行業經驗優先,具有銷售行政崗位經驗優先;

3、熟悉使用辦公自動化軟件;
