1.Responsibleforthedesignandsuccessfulimplementationofe-commerceprojects.Theprimaryobjectiveofthispositionistodesignanddevelope-commerceclientprojectsolution-tosupportthee-commercee-businessactivities;
2.Thee-CommerceKAmanagermustbecomfortableinliaisingwithcross-functionalteamsandexternalpartners;
3.He/Shecanthinkcriticallyandstrategicallyaboutproposedprojectfeatures,andcanabsorbandprocesssignificantamountsofinformation;
4.He/shewillbeworkingcloselywithBD/OPSforplanning,executionandanalysis,drivingthedesignanddevelopmentofstandardprocesses;
5.Themaincontactpersonfore-commerceprojectsandoverallresponsibilityforprojectquality;
6.CoordinateprojectactivitieswiththeSBUtoensureconsistencyofpracticeandleverage;
7.DevelopandmaintainamasterprojectplanforClientactivities,andprovideregular(e.g.weekly)reportsonstatus.IdentifyandtrackanyopenissuesorrisksrelatedtoClientactivities,andensuretimelyclosureorescalationtoappropriatemanagement;
8.Manage,sometimestechnicallychallenging,workthroughtocompletion;
9.Anticipateandprovideeffectivesolutionstoresolveissuesregardingschedulesanddeliverablesandexternalsuppliers.
JobRequirements:
1.Bachelor'sdegreeorabove;
2.6+years’KAMpositionexperienceinTICindustry,withexperienceonTICecommercewillbeaplus;
3.Travelandovertimeasneeded;
4.CanprovideserviceviaSMSapps(Wechart,Dingding...etc.);
5.Self-initiative,aggressive,positivewithstrongsenseofresponsibility;
6.Goodteamplayerwithstronginterpersonalandcommunicationskills;
7.FamiliarwithMSOfficeapplicationandChineseWordProcessing;
8.ProficiencyinbothwrittenandspokenEnglishandChinese,Mandarinisanadvantage;
9.Responsible,patient,customer-oriented;
10.Strongcommunicationandorganizationalskills.
