1.通過各種有效渠道,對所負責航線進行新代理業務開發,建立完善新合作代理資料。
2.發展重點經濟體區域,使航線代理結構健康可持續。
3.為代理增值,通過DDU/DDP等業務與代理互動,加強指定貨銷售管理,使整個航線往價值型貨代發展。
4.設計航線新產品。
5.協助航線經理管理整個航線事務,負責整個航線產、購、銷。
6.人才梯隊培養。
任職資格與要求:
1.男女不限,年齡25-40;
2.本科及以上,有海外學習和工作經驗優先;
3.5年以上海外開發經驗以及3年以上管理經驗;
6.(1)全面掌握行業及產品知識,具有靈敏的市場反應能力;
(2)具有良好的溝通、協調、表達能力,具備較強的應變能力;
(3)銳意進取,敢于開拓,具有嫻熟的營銷技巧;
(4)書面英語佳,口語流利
(5)有國際化思維,善于與外國人打交道。

職位描述：
崗位職責：
1.協助項目經理和航線經理完成航線相關業務的工作；
2.負責航線項目合同及項目資料的收集整理及存檔備案，以及與外部合同單位的具體流程和事務對接；
3.負責對接財務部的項目合同流程及支付流程，完成部門所有的項目往來賬務信息記錄以及部門日常報銷事宜；
4.了解其他航空公司競爭對手的銷售價格、政策、線路、機型、周期等信息；
5.部門領導交代的其他工作內容。
崗位要求：
1.大學本科及以上，專業不限，有良好的日語讀說寫能力；
2.三年以上民航、航服或旅行社相關行業工作經驗；
3.善于團隊溝通協作，有較強的組織、協調、溝通能力及人際交往能力；
4.性格開朗有耐心，具有較強的計劃和執行能力，善于團隊溝通協作；
5.熟悉windows操作，熟練掌握PPT、word、xls表格等辦公軟件；
6.能接受合理的加班及出差。
