開發(fā)區(qū)小學(xué)二年級(jí)班級(jí)管理量化細(xì)則
為了進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)本班班風(fēng)和學(xué)風(fēng)，培養(yǎng)同學(xué)們的班級(jí)榮譽(yù)感，提高班級(jí)凝聚力，根據(jù)《小學(xué)生日常行為規(guī)范》、《小學(xué)生守則》及《開發(fā)區(qū)小學(xué)學(xué)生在校一日細(xì)則》等，特制定本細(xì)則，作為期末評(píng)選優(yōu)秀學(xué)生、三好學(xué)生、思想鑒定依據(jù)，促進(jìn)全班學(xué)生思想、行為、紀(jì)律、安全等方面全面發(fā)展。
二、細(xì)則
包括：學(xué)習(xí)、出勤、值日、紀(jì)律、儀表、衛(wèi)生、活動(dòng)、課間操、*等。由各小組小組長(zhǎng)考核，同學(xué)監(jiān)督，班主任抽查，對(duì)同學(xué)一一打分，每周公布。
(一)、加分
在校綜合表現(xiàn)：
1、作業(yè)質(zhì)量好，夠5個(gè)100，無(wú)缺交、遲交者加3分。
2、積極參加班級(jí)活動(dòng)，聲音洪亮，表情豐富，在同學(xué)們肯定的情況下每次加1分。
4、每周作業(yè)按時(shí)完成者每次加1分。
5、平日表現(xiàn)明顯進(jìn)步者加2分。
6、受到老師當(dāng)堂表?yè)P(yáng)者一次加1分。
7、主動(dòng)為班級(jí)做貢獻(xiàn)者一次加1分。
8、積極主動(dòng)參加學(xué)校組織的各類活動(dòng)一次加5分。
9、考試成績(jī)比上一次高出5分以上，加2分;高出10分的加4分。上次考試不及格，這次考試及格，加2分。
10、好人好事(含拾金不昧的)表?yè)P(yáng)的加1分，受學(xué)校公開表?yè)P(yáng)的加3分。
11、測(cè)驗(yàn)成績(jī)得第一名者另加5分;第二名加4分，以此類推。
12、課堂上積極回答老師的問(wèn)題，每節(jié)課都舉手并且回答的加2分。
在家表現(xiàn)綜合評(píng)價(jià)，(補(bǔ)充：家庭綜合評(píng)價(jià)好加5分，較好加3分，一般加2分，差加0分。)其內(nèi)容包括：
1、按時(shí)回家1分
2、文明禮儀1分
3、完成家作1分
4、認(rèn)真預(yù)習(xí)1分
5、主動(dòng)復(fù)習(xí)1分
6、課外閱讀1分
7、整理文具書本1分

(二)、扣分
1、上課期間(包括早讀、自習(xí)課、老師不在時(shí)等)無(wú)故下座位扣1分。
2、上課不帶書本每次扣1分。
3、上課私自講話、搞小動(dòng)作、坐姿不正等被老師點(diǎn)名批評(píng)者一次扣1分。
升旗、課間操、*等動(dòng)作散漫者扣2分。
4、不團(tuán)結(jié)同學(xué)者一次扣1分。(罵人、打架等)
5、輪到值日不打掃者每次扣1分。打掃不及時(shí)、不合格扣1分。
6、隨地亂滾、亂扔紙屑者每次扣1分。
7、抄作業(yè)或被抄作業(yè)者扣1分。作業(yè)忘帶每次扣1分。沒(méi)完成每次扣1分。
8、下課追打，玩不文明游戲，過(guò)分喧鬧者扣1分。
9、破壞公共財(cái)物扣1分，并賠償損失。
10、晨讀、午練不認(rèn)真的、說(shuō)話搗亂每次扣1分。
