機床工程師崗位職責

機床仿真工程師佛山市普拉迪數控科技有限公司佛山市普拉迪數控科技有限公司,普拉迪1.本科以上學歷,兩年以上仿真分析工作經驗;

2.能熟練使用Hypermesh-abaqus、AnsysWorkbench或Mscpatran等仿真分析軟件,有ADAMS或Solidworks運動仿真經驗優先;

3.有機床或設備類產品有限元、運動仿真經驗優先。

機床工藝,應用工程師APPLICATIONENGINEER

WhowillbeinchargeofcompletionwithappropriateCNCpartprograms,fixtures,tooling,etc.ofourmachinessoldtoChinesecustomers,soastoensurethemachiningefficiencyandaccuracyrequestedbyourcustomersfortheirownproduction.

-Thecandidatehasamechanicengineeringbackground,withbachelordegree.

-Agebelow30years.

-Hehasachievedfewyearsexperienceinaglobalinternationalcompanyproducingmedium/largesizehighaccuracymechaniccomponents,withownwellequippedmachiningdepartmentincludingCNCmachines.

-Inpreviousexperiencehehascoveredpositionsconsistinginstudyingandoptimizingmachiningmethodandtools,preparepartprogram.

-HehasgoodknowledgeofmechanicdesignandheisabletouseCADsystem.

-HeisabletoarrangepartprogramseitherbydirectISOprogrammingeitherbyuseofCADCAMsystem.

-Heisable,incase,tooperatedirectlythemachinetoolsoastotestpersonallytheexecutionofspecificmachiningoperations.

-HehasgoodknowledgeofEnglish,soastobeabletointerfaceandcommunicateeffectivelywithcompanyheadquartersinItalyandwithItaliansalespersons.

-Hehasgoodcommunicationskillandteamworkattitude.

-ThemainworkinglocationwillbeinShanghai,buthemayberequestedtostayforshortperiodsatthesiteofourcustomersalloverChinasoastotakecareofspecificmachiningtest.
