篇3:泰語技術(shù)支持崗位職責(zé)
崗位職責(zé):
1、通過電話和郵件支持泰國用戶在使用硬盤,服務(wù)器,云端存儲設(shè)備過程中的各種咨詢和技術(shù)問題;
2、處理泰語的郵件和翻譯工作;
3、處理泰語客戶關(guān)于產(chǎn)品咨詢,使用過程中的問題解答;
4、處理泰語客戶投訴;
5、在系統(tǒng)里錄入和維護(hù)客戶信息和處理方案。
任職要求:
1、語言技能:nearnativeThai,Mandarin泰語熟練;
2、電腦技能:打字速度較快,熟悉電腦的一般操作,如可以操作電腦卸載安裝軟件,懂得電腦硬件的故障處理,網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)置,網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備故障處理;
3、具備客戶服務(wù)意識。
