(6)Oralandwritteninstructionanddirectionmustbeorganized,clearlycommunicated,andpresentedinapositivemanner.
(7)Excellentcustomerserviceskillsincludingtheabilitytoengage,interactandcommunicatewithpatience,clarity,tact,andcourtesyareessential.Regulareveningandweekendhoursrequired.
Theapplicantshouldhave:
1.Educationbackground
Master'sdegreeinLibraryandInformationScienceORequivalenteducationandexperiencerelevanttotheposition,advanceddegreesinrelevantfieldswillbegivenpreferenceinconsideration.
2.Workingexperience
(1)3+yearprofessionalexperienceworkinginMediaServicesorUserServicesrelateddepartmentinanacademicorresearchlibrary.
(2)Experienceprovidingassistancetolibrarymediaservicesforusers.
3.SkillsandQualifications:
(1)Generalunderstandingofthemissionandfunctionsofaresearchlibraryandtheinformationneedsofacademicusers.
(2)Abilitytomeetorexceedcustomerserviceneedsandexpectationsandprovideexcellentserviceinadirectorindirectmanner.

數字圖書館崗位職責
崗位職責:
1,協同內外部團隊及供應商,持續運作志愿者體系,對圖書館進行統籌管理。
2,規劃圖書館發展策略,按既定目標落地公益閱讀項目、專題閱讀活動等,擴大品牌影響力。
3,定期安排同業交流,積極引進出版傳媒、學術教育、文化藝術等相關領域的優質資源方,發展具備全國影響力的公益閱讀平臺。
4,持續推動圖書館藏書目的建設和管理,包括但不限于數字圖書館建設、搜集和整合信息、整理編訂書單、參與分級閱讀研發等。
5,妥善安排重點參觀及外事接待,統籌管理講解員團隊。
崗位要求:
1,211/985重點院?；蚪浗逃空J可的海外教育背景,大學本科以上學歷,大學英語六級或同等學力外語水平,圖書情報、計算機管理、檔案管理、中文、歷史、行政管理、市場營銷、外語類專業優先;
2,兩年及以上圖書館、綜合性藝術場館、出版業、書店、文創行業、NGO組織、教育機構從業經驗;
3,熱愛閱讀,熟知行業政策,包括但不限于文創、法務、財務等相關內容;
4,具備領導力,善于調動團隊積極性,溝通能力佳;
5,抗壓能力強,自我推動力強,具備使命感;
6,有志愿服務管理及外事接待經驗者優先。
