1.Beresponsibleofproductprofitability(productunderdevelopmentandon-going).

2.Beresponsibleofproductdevelopmentbudgetassuringtheobservanceofcosts,expensesandCustomercontribution.

9.Controlsthecostevolutionandtheextracostinthelaunchphasepayingattentiontocontributionmargins,definingGIRCandefficienciesplanstoachievetheexpectedprofitabilitylevels.

10.Promotesactionstoreducecostonon-goingproducts.

11.Inthedevelopmentphase,assuresthelinkandthecoordinationbetweenR&D,Industrial,QualityandSourcing.

12.Othertasksassignedbythemanager.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelororabove,majorinmechanicalengineeringorrelevant;

2.Min.7yearsworkingexperiences,3yearsatmanagerialrole,autoindustryispreferred;

3.KnowstheoryofFMEA;

4.CapacitytoapplyAPQP,PPAP,ISO/TS16949,CostControl,ProfitabilityManagement,Product&IndustrializationUnderstanding,P2.

5.GoodknowledgeofProgramManagement.

6.Goodcommunicationskillbothininternalandexternalcontact;

7.GoodPCskillsespeciallyforMS-Officesoftware;

8.FluentEnglishbothinoralandwritten;

CRM專員崗位職責:

1、負責會員管理、會員營銷、會員互動,增加會員黏性,提升活躍度

2、根據會員的消費行為與習慣,制定會員營銷活動,對會員進行培養、激活,提高用戶的忠誠度

3、負責新會員購買轉化、會員積分兌換、會員流失喚醒等會員體系的建設

4、管理店鋪粉絲群體,策劃各種招募新粉絲的活動
