任職要求:

?Bachelor’sdegreeinComputerScience,InformationSystemsorEngineering(orequivalentrelevantworkexperience).

?5+years’experienceofhotelorlargecampusPMSandintegrationexperienceinsystemsanalysis&development,supportingbusinesssystems.

?3+years’experienceofHands-onconfiguration,setup,transactionoperationofhotelorlargecampusPMS,schemasetup,transactionoperationandabilitytoperform.

?ExperienceinsystemdesignandPMSintegration,likebuildintegrationtosupportworkforcemanagement

?ExperiencewithrelationaldatabaselikeOracle,SQLServeranddevelopmenttechnologieslikeT-SQL,PL/SQLetc,abletowritebasicqueriesandupdateschema.

?Demonstratedabilityintroubleshooting,analysis,anddesign.

?Self-motivated&accountable,withahighlevelofcommitmenttoresponsibility.

物業(yè)管理部機(jī)電工程師大悅城商業(yè)管理(北京)有限公司大悅城商業(yè)管理(北京)有限公司,大悅城1、負(fù)責(zé)制定、實(shí)施、修訂物業(yè)工程類服務(wù)流程專業(yè)系統(tǒng)文件

2、負(fù)責(zé)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)階段,參與圖紙會(huì)審工作,負(fù)責(zé)從物業(yè)的視角審視新建項(xiàng)目區(qū)劃、功能、建筑的合理性,提出合理化的建議

3、負(fù)責(zé)商業(yè)項(xiàng)目安防、消防、機(jī)電、暖通、公共配套設(shè)施設(shè)備等提出專業(yè)意見,并跟進(jìn)落實(shí)

4、參與竣工綜合備案驗(yàn)收

6、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):5年以上

7、資質(zhì)資格:專業(yè)工程師或相關(guān)技術(shù)等級(jí)證書

8、外語水平:有基礎(chǔ)英語聽寫能力優(yōu)先

9、能力要點(diǎn):熟悉給排水工程、暖通工程、機(jī)電工程施工工藝、施工流程及相關(guān)驗(yàn)收規(guī)范,能夠熟練使用CAD制圖軟件,有物業(yè)工程管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),或房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)相關(guān)專業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn);
