MajorResponsibilities:
-SupporttheRegionalSteering&Financelinemanagerwithoverallsteerdealerfinancerelatedtopicsbydatacollectionandreporting.Includingin-houseconsultinginthefieldsofinvestandappraisement,examineandverifythesubmitteddealerfinancialstatus,workoutandprovideindividualfinancialdealerevaluationsandprofiles,uncoveroperationalissues,derivateandconfigureindividual/tailor-madedealersupport-andsteering-tools,consultdealersregardingbusinessre-arrangementsandre-organizations,liquidityplanninganddealersupportinIFCoperations.
-SupporttheRegionalSteering&Financelinemanagerwithregionalsteeringbydatacollectionandreporting,includingBSC,riskandcompliancemanagement,regionalstrategy,highlevelreportconsolidation.
-Organizeregionallevelworkshops&conferences.
-Closedmonitor&analysedealerrisk,sendthefeedbacktocentral.
-CentralDDinterface,supportinDealerSelection,strengtheningRetailregionlevelreview,DISSfiledworkconduction,Dealerbonus/SAcalculation,collectdealerfeedback(DAC),etc.
-Supportinothertopics,e.g.GA,legal.
-Othertasksassignedbylinemanager.
Qualifications:
-Bachelorofbusinessadministration,accounting,economics,computerscienceor
equivalent.
-Backgroundinautomotiveindustry/consultingindustry.
-GeneralknowledgeandunderstandingofOEM.
-Dealerfinancerelatedexperience.
-Strongfinanceknowledge.
-Eventorganizingexperience.
-UnderstandingofBMWcorporatephilosophyandimage.

1.協(xié)助工程主管處理工程方面的日常管理事務(wù)。
2.負(fù)責(zé)對有償維修服務(wù)的統(tǒng)計及維修人員的調(diào)配工作。
3.負(fù)責(zé)對工程設(shè)備設(shè)施的檢修及零修工作。
4.協(xié)助工程主管對維修項目收費進行審核,采購必要的維修材料及材料的驗收工作。

3.對工程事務(wù)部總監(jiān)負(fù)責(zé)。
4.根據(jù)公司下達的經(jīng)營管理目標(biāo)責(zé)任書,編制本部門的工作計劃。
5.負(fù)責(zé)工程事務(wù)部文件檔案資料的歸檔管理。
6.指定專人管理本部門的標(biāo)識,并對實施過程、結(jié)果進行檢查,糾正。
7.組織編寫本部門運作手冊。
8.審定設(shè)備設(shè)施臺帳,監(jiān)督檢查維保計劃的實施、落實情況。
9.檢查持證上崗情況,安排專人負(fù)責(zé)培訓(xùn)工作,制定年度培訓(xùn)計劃。
10.定期對本部門的計劃落實、工作安排實施情況進行檢查。
11.審定突發(fā)事件應(yīng)急措施。
12.制定工作總結(jié)。
13.指定專人對質(zhì)量記錄進行跟蹤管理,并定期檢查。
