崗位職責:

1、負責新產品的開發和責任準備金核算等工作

2、負責利源分析及動態償付能力測試等工作

3、負責商業計劃的測算和編制等工作

4、負責公司負債評估、償付能力的計算

5、負責精算報表、精算報告的編制與報送

6、負責分保詢價與分保協議的簽訂

7、負責保險基本法測算

任職資格:

1、本科及以上學歷,精算、金融、保險、數學、統計等相關專業

2、1年以上銷售管理經驗,熟悉行業知識

3、具有2年以上產品開發工作經驗、1年以上精算評估工作經驗

4、具有國家認可的精算師資格認證者優先

5、具有一定的團隊管理能力、團隊合作精神強

6、具有有較好的語言組織能力,善于與人溝通

7、具有良好的學習、適應能力,能承受一定的工作壓力
