篇2:QC質量檢測員崗位職責任職要求

QC質量檢測員崗位職責

崗位職責:

1.檢測分析

1.1按時按規范檢驗各類原輔料藥、成品及其穩定性考察樣品,填寫檢驗記錄及復核記錄;

1.2負責與檢驗相關的各類記錄(試藥、試液配制、對照品溶液等)的填寫;

1.3實施分析儀器驗證與日常校正、使用維護保養工作、儀器的開箱驗收及報廢;

1.4實施檢驗方法驗證、電子表格驗證,及配合質量部進行生產設備工藝驗證工作、清潔驗證等;

1.5實施檢驗器具的日常刷洗工作。

2.實驗室管理

2.1負責色譜柱的管理與使用;

2.2負責儀器的標示卡管理及使用、儀器使用記錄的填寫與回收;

2.3負責標準(對照)品的管理與使用;

2.4負責玻璃器具的校驗與管理;

2.5負責檢測中心IT聯絡,電子數據的安全,墨盒的供應,電腦的正常使用;

2.6協助上級實施儀器室員工的培訓考核;

2.7出現OOS/OOT,偏差,變更時及時上報并在周期內完成的調查報告;

2.8制定、修改成品、原輔料、包材、中間產品的批檢驗記錄和規程。

3.安全環保

3.1執行、落實安全、生產、環保、質量等管理制度;

3.2做好對有毒、有害、易燃、易爆危險試劑的日常管理使用,嚴防一切事故的發生;

保持工作區日常環境的清潔整齊。

任職要求:了解藥品法相關法律法規,掌握藥品生產質量管理規范、藥品質量標準、藥品GMP認證檢查評定標準、藥品檢驗相關知識或專業知識。具備藥品檢驗分析技能;熟練使用計算機相關應用軟件。
