電線電纜工程師崗位職責

崗位職責:

1、主導電線電纜生產工藝設計、改良和實施;

2、負責客戶非標電線電纜產品的技術消化及其生產技術指引;

3、負責電線電纜類工藝技術文件的編制,產品技術條件和企業標準的制定;

4、開展生產工人的培訓與考核工作,給與各相關部門技術支持等。

任職要求:

1、大專以上,電線電纜、機電、電氣專業,有通訊電纜產品開發相關工作經驗者優先;

2、熟悉OFFICE辦公軟件,熟悉相關設計軟件,如:AutoCAD等。

JOBSUMMARY:

UnderdirectsupervisionofaFullyQualifiedCertifier/Mentor,completessimplecertificationprojects.Makesassistedtechnicaldecisionsbasedonknowledge,trainingande*periencetomaintaintheintegrityoftheCSAMark.

RESPONSIBILITY:

1.Workswithmentortoensurecompletionorprojectswithintimeframedeadlines.Withmentorassistance,evaluatesproductsagainstrequirementsofnationaland/orinternationalstandards.Withassistance,preparesworkordersforthetestprogram.WorksincollaborationwithLabpersonneltodetermineapplicabletests.PreparesCertificationreports,CertificatesofComplianceandotherrelatedCSAdocumentationforthementor.

2.Classifiesproductbyuse,environmentandfunction.Determinesapplicablerequirements/test/standard.Determinessamplerequirementsandmethod/locationfortestingevaluationbestsuitedtocustomers'needs.Conductspre-assessmentwithmentorassistance,ofequipmenttoensuretheunitisequippedwiththepropercomponentsandagreeswiththeconstructionindicatedontheworkorderandsubmittalinformation.

3.Recordstestdata,preparescharts,tabulatesdataandcalculatesresultsasrequired.Maintainsaccurate,orderlyandcompletetestdata.

4.Strivestobecomemoreknowledgeableinnational/internationalstandardsthroughresearchofstandards,documentation,bulletinsandtechnicalarticlesinareaofspecialty.

5.PerformsotherdutiesasassignedbyMentor,orViceManager,ProductCertification.

EDUCATION,E*PERIENCE&SKILL:

1.Bachelor'sdegreeinEngineering:e.g.wire&cableEngineering

2.CET6orabove,goodatEnglishandChineseinspeaking.

3.ProficiencyinWindows,MSWordandE*cel.

4.2yearrelatede*perience.

5.KnowledgeofLaboratoryinstrumentation,includingoperatingprinciplesandcalibrationprocedures,aswellasgeneralLaboratoryprocedures.Certificatione*perienceatWire&Cableispreferred.

6.Mustbeteam-orientedwithgoodinterpersonalskillsandabilitiestocommunicateeffectivelybothorallyandinwriting.

7.Self-motivatedandclient-serviceoriented.

8.Strongproblem-solvingskills,detailoriented,strongorganizationalandtimemanagementskills.
