1、圍繞土地運營,開展活動策劃及項目推廣;

SupportandassistwiththepromotionofparenteventstotheChinesespeakingcommunityincludingSecondarySchoolShowcases,ParentCamp

SupportandassistwithtranslationforChinesespeakingparentmeetingsandevents

DevelopandmaintainrelevantmarketingmaterialsforSSIScommunityprogrammes

Respondtoinquiriesforthecommunityprogrammeincludingtakingtourswhereappropriate

CoordinatemediaandadvertisingforSSIScommunityprogrammes

Attendkeygovernment,mediaandotherexternallocalcommunityeventsandactivitiestorepresentand/orsupportotherSSISstaff.

CoordinatevisitorstoandtoursoftheSSIScampus(e*cludingthoserelatingtostudentadmissions,academicandBusinessDevelopmentactivities).

Generateandmanageprospectiveschoolvisitsthroughexternalmarketing,networksandbranding

Recordallconcerns,feedbackandcomplaintsraisedbyChinesespeakingparentsandbringtotheattention

LiaisewithlocalcommunityorganizationsforjointactivitieswithstudentsandSSIS.

SupporttheDirectorofMarketing&AdmissionsinthedevelopmentoftheSSISStrategicMarketingPlan

Generateintelligenceaboutcompetitorsandrecommendplanstocounterthese

Planandreviewmarkingperformanceonaregularbasis.Abilitytoevaluateandwriteareportonplan,performanceandactivities.

OtherworksgivenbyDirectorofMarketing&AdmissionsandHeadofHeadofSchool

PositionRequirements

ThisroleisakeycollaboratorwiththeMarketingDirector,whoisamotivatedself-starter,withalevelofmaturitytobedrivingtacticalcampaignsindependently.

Thisrolerequiresane*periencedconsumermarketingprofessionalwithadevelopedknowledgeofthefullmarketingmi*andmulti-channeldeployment.

Specialattentionmustbegiventothedigitallandscapeandabilitytodeploycampaignsacrossalltrendingchannels.

Degreelevelqualificationinmarketing,communicationsorrelatedfield.

5+yearsofworkinge*perienceinmarketingeitherwithinagenciesorclientside.

Soundknowledgeofworkingwithsegmentedcustomerbasetoimplementcustomerfocusedstrategies.

Analyticalskills,abletointerpretmultipledatasetstoidentifytrends.

Commerciallyastutewithaverygoodunderstandingoffinancialmetrics,abletosetbudgets,assessP&Lperformance,evaluateROI.

Asoundknowledgeofthefullmarketingmi*includingstrategydevelopmentandplanning,campaigndevelopment,measurementandtracking,optimization.

崗位職責

1、建立協調公司和員工關系的機制;

2、做好員工心理契約和勞資關系管理,創建和諧的員工關系,提升組織凝聚力;

3、負責管理并執行員工關系流程;

4、參與公司企業文化建設工作,營造符合企業文化的員工工作環境和氛圍;

5、負責建立員工溝通渠道,開展各類型的員工溝通,及時做出改善

6、組織開展員工滿意度調查,分析、反饋調查結果;

7、處理員工沖突,解決員工投訴和勞動糾紛;

8、制定員工獎勵、激勵和懲罰措施,并監督實施;

9、員工職業發展輔導,促進員工保持良好的職業心態。

任職資格

1、人力資源管理或相關專業本科以上學歷;

2、5年以上員工關系管理的工作經驗;有大型制造業企業相關工作經驗者優先;

3、根據公司發展戰略和管理主題制定企業文化建設發展方案,推動企業文化系統的建設工作

4、熟悉相關勞動法律法規,具備較強勞動爭議處理經驗,了解人力資源管理知識,熟悉公司人力資源管理的各項規章制度;

5、有大局觀,具有強烈的責任心和事業心,優秀的溝通能力和談判能力,團隊協作能力。
