區域服務主管崗位職責

區域服務支持主管JobSummary:

Thisprimarilyshopandofficemanagementpositionactsasagroupleaderforprojectsandworkassignmentsinanengineeringserviceenvironment.He/Shemanagesresourcesthatdeliverdataand/orinformationtostakeholdersbothwithinandacrossbusinessfunctions.Thepositioninvolvesmaintainingstrongworkingrelationshipswithawidevarietyofstakeholdersprimarilywithinthetechnicalcommunity,butmayalsospanintootherbusinessfunctions.

KeyResponsibilities:

Leadsasmalltechnicalgroupofsupervisorsand/ortechnicians,allocatesappropriateresourcestomeetcustomerneedsandprovidesfeedbacktoprojectteammembersinaccomplishingtasksandgoals.

Workswithcustomerstounderstandengineeringservicerequirementsandengagescollaborativelytoresolveissuesanddrivecontinuousimprovement

Appliessoundknowledgeofengineeringprinciplesandmanagesteamsonthespecification,designandmaintenanceoftheworkenvironmentinsupportofcustomerneeds

Providesindependentleadershipofsmallerbusinessimpactprojectsorownershipofcomplexcomponents,products,systemsorserviceswithgreaterelementsofambiguityovertheseniororleadengineerlevelandwithfullaccountabilitytotheprojectteam.

Deliversindependentexecutionofestablishedandemergingworkprocessesandsystems,whilestilldevelopingtechnologyorproductknowledge.

Leadsthedevelopmentandimprovementofworkprocessesandsystemsacrossafunctionaldisciplineareawithinabusinessunitsite.

Coordinatesanddirectsworkamongsttechniciansandtemporarystudentemployees,assistsinthetransferofknowledgetolesserexperiencedengineersthrougheitherindirect(scopeofinfluence)ordirectmanagementofasmall,localgroupofengineers.

Providessupportandguidancetoinfluencetechnicaldirectionwithinaprojectteamandcontinuestodevelopproficiencyinthecompetencyareascriticaltosuccessintherole.

Operatesasarecognizedspecialistinadisciplineorproductareawithintheimmediateteam.

Education,Licenses,Certifications:

College,University,orequivalentBachelor'sdegreeintechnology,managementorbusinessrequired.

Experience:

PriorSeniororLeadEngineerequivalentworkexperienceinarelevantdisciplineareaisrequiredwithademonstratedtrackrecordoftechnicalproblemsolvingandqualitydecisionmaking.KnowledgeofMSOfficetoolsispreferred.

職責描述:

1.負責浙江。安徽、上海市、福建區域內的客戶滿意度指標,協調區域內工程師的工作安排,拜訪省區銷售及優質代理商;

2.遵循部門工作要求進行工作,對區域內客戶滿意度負責;

3.控制區域服務成本,對部門建設進行建議,共同提升團隊服務能力。

任職要求:

1.醫療行業服務工作管理崗位3年以上工作經驗,有良好的服務意識和溝通能力;

2.具體一定的全局觀念,有提升團隊的意識、跟隨公司共同成長的強烈意愿3.強烈的團隊合作精神。
