職責描述

1、業務數據收集、管理和處理;

2、項目/產品線的業務數據挖掘分析;

3、定期完成常規數據分析報告及解讀;

4、組織會議與核心管理者交流溝通報告內容;

5、負責落實和跟進報告行動方案,并及時給予反饋建議;

6、與運營同事溝通和協助完善運營管理規則,提高管理效率;

任職要求

1、有至少2-3年的相應崗位的工作經驗;

2、內外部數據管理和維護的基本技能,熟練使用Excel函數等工具;

3、數據庫搭建和報告設計的能力,一定程度熟悉常用的分析工具;

4、能夠完成分析項目;

5、熟悉業務流程和營銷管理的主要任務;

6、良好的溝通的能力,組織協調能力強,邏輯性強。

1.Implement,trackGBSKPIs(PriceEvolution,Implementedsaving,Delivery,Claim,Compliance,etc.)andanalyzeresultstoprovidebusinessfocusandimprovementdirectionfordifferentGBSregionoffice(NorthChina,SouthChinaandOutofMainlandChina,Apparel)andteams(ProductDevelopment,SourcingandOperations)

2.LeadannualvendorpanelreviewprojecttomonitorvendorsperformanceandanalyzeresultsincollaborationwithbothGBSandBUteams

4.LeadE-auctionprojecttoachievecompanysavingtarget

5.LeadthedevelopmentandimplementationofbusinessperformancemanagementtoolsviaITSystemforthefunctionalteamsandexternalvendors,automatizethecalculationoftheKPIs

6.Topromotethevendorperformancetrackingtool(scorecards)tobothfunctionalteamsandexternalvendors

7.WorkwithGBSdirectorsincreatingandrefiningreportanddocumentsforbusinessandoperationsprocesses

8.Toactivelyandproactivelycoachandsupportfunctionalteamstodeveloptheirawarenessandunderstandingonusingbusinessdatafortheirdailyworkanddecision-making

9.Performadhocanalysisasrequestedbyinternalcustomersandgiveinputs

10.Supervisebusinessanalyst’sworkquality

Requirements:

1.UniversitygraduateoraboveinEconomics/Business/Finance

2.Atleast5yearsrelevantworkexperiencewith2yearsinsimilarcapacity

3.Managementexperiencewouldbeplus

4.Soundbusinessunderstandingandcommercialexperiencewithstronganalyticalskills

5.ExcellentcommandofMSofficesoftwareincludingExcelanddatabase

6.GoodEnglishandMandarincommunicationskills,bothwrittenandverbal

7.Experienceinworkingforatradingcompanyenvironmentwillbeaplus
