聚合工程師崗位職責

職責描述:

1.負責生物可降解改性聚酯聚合的實驗室試制開發;

2.負責生物可降解改性聚酯聚合的中試計劃中的技術部分,包括中試工藝,試車,制造工藝等;

3.從技術支持角度,協助市場人員開拓尼龍、改性聚酯及其下游產品應用市場;

任職資格:

1.熟悉聚合物聚合過程,有聚酯(PBAT、PBS、PBT等)聚合經驗尤佳;

2.3年及以上聚合生產企業研發,生產經驗優先;

3.能運用豐富的企業研發生產經驗結合專業知識的能力;

4.獨立開發創新的能力;細致認真處理有關安全研發生產的能力;團隊合作的能力;

5.有基本英語相關技術資料閱讀能力;

6.思維開擴、平易近人、善于溝通、抗壓力強、具較強的分析判斷能力;
