職位描述

崗位職責

1、負責部分酒店直采工作,包括詢價、控房、結算等事宜;定期參與酒店推介會,與酒店銷售交流信息等;

2、根據操作的交接表預定相應酒店;

3、整理和統計每月各個FIT供應商應付賬款并及時督促財務付款事宜;

4、配合產品部提供FIT酒店資訊及價格;

5、與FIT供應商保持良好溝通,了解最新預訂優惠政策和新產品信息;

6、積極參與公司組織的各項培訓,了解團隊協作意識,端正思想品格,積極配合公司和部門要求貫徹落實工作;

7、及時有效的完成上級交代的任務。

職位要求

1、有責任心、工作仔細、認真;

2、有一定的溝通協調能力,英語能力佳;

3、應變能力強,具備處理突發事件的能力和經驗。

-Workwithvendors,partners,subsidiariesandparentcompanyonthesuccessfulstrategy,planningandimplementationoftechnicalcapabilitiesandplatforms.

-Ensurecompliancetonationalandinternationalsecurityanddatacomplianceregulations

-Leadingdigitizationprocessofcompanybyaligningwithbusinessstrategies.

-Define,manageandexecutetheITbudgetinlinewithbusinessstrategy

JobRequirements:

-UniversitygraduateinComputerScience,InformationSystems,orequivalent

-10yearsofITsystemapplicationsupportexperiencewhich5yearsfromaretailsetting

-Solidexperienceinchangemanagementofnewsystemimplementation(POS/ERP/CRM/BIreporting)

-KnowledgeofdigitalE-comsysteminChinawithmajorplatformswillbeaplus,suchasTmall,Wechat,Aliyun……
