主要職責：
1、協助總經理制訂生產發展規劃及生產規劃行動方案，并執行。
2、協助總經理組織公司生產規劃、合理分解公司年/季/月生產計劃。
3、協助總經理合理統籌生產流程、生產計劃安排、品質控制、成本控制及生產跟單管理工作。
4、協助總經理建立健全和執行公司生產管理系統和質量管理程序、規范、標準。
5、協助建立生產部制度、標準、流程等文件的制訂與完善。
6、監控規范操作方法，確保生產現場的安全和清潔。
職位要求：
1、高中以上學歷，35歲以上，十年以上針織服裝生產經驗和5年以上生產廠長管理經驗；
2、精通服裝精益生產管理；
3、熟悉服裝行業運營發展趨勢，運營管理模式和工作流程；
4、有良好的生產發展規劃及統籌分析能力；
5、優秀的職業素養，具有團隊精神，責任心強，能承受壓力和接受挑戰；
6、有良好的溝通、協調和組織能力。
意向公司：有在優衣庫、耐克、阿迪、李寧、安踏等大品牌工廠擔任過生產廠長的優先考慮；
