Thefirstthingforcustomers’demandistheforecastmanagement.Thisroleshouldcollecttheforecastfromsalesadminteamandfollowforecastprocesstoanalyzetheforecastdatatoimproveforecastaccuracy.

ThispositionistheleadformonthlyS&OPmeetingforassignedproductionlines.He/sheshoulddeterminetheproductionquantityanddeliveryquantityinthenextmonths.

2.Weekly

OrganizeweeklyMPSmeetingtodefinethenext4weeks’productionplanbyreferencelevel.Andhe/sheshouldmonitortheordersstatuscomparingwiththeforecastandmonitortheproductionstatusvs.plan.

Also,he/sheshouldgiveprocurementteamthealertmaterialsforthenext1-2weekstoavoidmaterialshortage.

Tocommunicateefficiently,thisroleshouldleaddailySIMmeetingtocommunicatewithsalesadmin,productionteamandprocurementteam.He/sheneedavoidproductionshutdownandescalatethecriticalissuestologisticsmanagerifneeded.

TosupportNPIproject,he/sheneedmonitorthematerialsavailabletomakesuretheprojectcanlaunchintimeaccordingtotheprojectschedule.AlsoweneedcheckthecapacityoftheproductionlinetomakesuretheenoughproductioncapacityforsamplesmakingandFPDprocedure.

Requiredqualificationsand/orexperience:

1.BachelorDegreeisamust.

大學本科學歷。

2.RichS&OP,MPSandMRPknowledgeandskills.Min3yearsrelatedworkingexperienceinamanufacturingcompany.

豐富的S&OP,MPS和MRP知識和技能。至少3年制造型企業(yè)相關工作經歷。

3.Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.Projectexperienceisaplus.

強大的溝通和人際關系能力。項目經歷是加分點。

崗位職責:

1、協(xié)助制定公司戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃及年度經營目標,參與公司年度經營計劃編制、調整及預警;

2、參加項目巡檢,根據(jù)公司重要節(jié)點,能有效識別風險,并對公司運營狀況進行全面分析;

3、協(xié)助對計劃體系以及績效體系進行全面梳理和完善,根據(jù)公司戰(zhàn)略目標完成專項計劃編制及上線;

4、協(xié)助對公司運行的流程及權責進行梳理并適時調整,并規(guī)范化及標準化流程中的成果文件,同時推進和提高公司計劃運營管理體系信息化工作。

任職資格:

1、本科及以上學歷,土木工程、工程管理等相關專業(yè);

2、3年及以上房地產開發(fā)企業(yè)從業(yè)經驗,參與并執(zhí)行過超過多項目(2個及以上)、大項目(超過20萬方)的計劃綜合管理工作,有較好的計劃管理經驗,具有營銷、設計、工程或項目管理類專業(yè)背景;

3、統(tǒng)籌并參與公司經營計劃、各級節(jié)點計劃編制、調整及預警,參與并執(zhí)行過項目巡檢,對項目開盤、開放、交付等節(jié)點存在的風險能有效識別,并參與公司各管線專項計劃建設;

4、參與公司信息化系統(tǒng)建設,根據(jù)公司經營管理目標對系統(tǒng)進行完善和管理。
