精益生產專家工作職責與職位要求

職位描述：

職責描述：

1、負責精益生產模塊的推動計劃制定；

2、負責精益生產模塊的實施方案制定；

3、組織企業精益生產討論小組，參與各精益管理方案的研討，參與精益管理實施工作，指導企業團隊成員落地實施；

4、基于項目的實施計劃，推動項目的進程，確保精益項目動作及時關閉和生產效率、存貨等目標的達成；

5、針對生產現場實際情況對工位布局、員工作業動作和方法進行優化，并將改善方法作業標準化構建指導、推動；

6、結合企業實際提出優化生產工藝流程、提高生產效率、降低庫存的實施方案；

7、根據企業實際推動5S&TPM管理動作實施；

8、完成上級交辦的其他臨時性工作。

職位要求：

1、五年以上制造業精益生產現場工作經驗；

2、有取得較好成果的實際案例；

3、大專或以上學歷。
