職位描述：

1、制定供應商管理制度、流程及供應商質量管控標準，建立供應商評估體系及獎懲機制并落地執行；

2、根據商品需求，制定供應資源開發計劃，完成尋源工作，建立供應商資源庫；

3、供應商考評管理，供應商KPI指標的制定、考評，并能提出改善方案，幫助其提升作業品質；

4、負責供應商培訓資料，為公司對供應商培訓和總結，提供數據支持；

5、負責部門團隊搭建及員工績效管理，制定員工培養與發展計劃，搭建人才梯隊。

職位要求;

1、大專以上學歷，6年以上的服裝工作資歷，4年以上的生產管理或供應鏈管理經驗，

2、精通供應商開發與管理，熟悉服裝生產工藝和開發的流程，熟悉相關商品的產地及供應商分布，

3、具有良好的職業操守和敬業精神，責任心強，有挑戰突破精神，具有較強的溝通談判能力、計劃能力，能適應出差。

1、組織并指導供應鏈部門對行業趨勢、供應商、競爭對手進行調研與分析

2、結合辦公用品戰略規劃及產品規劃,制定供應商開發計劃,并按標準實施;

3、每月對(戰略及儲備)供應商進行調研,對供應資源進行持續優化;

4、通過供應資源的整合,提升產品品質,降低產品成本,推動目標達成;

5、根據供應商開發計劃及實際考察情況,修改供應商評價標準。

6、根據供應商月度考評結果,推動供應商實施改善

任職要求:

1、具有5年以上采購管理崗位工作經驗,以供應商開發為主要職能的經驗尤佳;
