Fullyresponsiblefortheplanning,auditingandimprovementofcampusfoodhygiene,safetyandenvironment,dailysupervisionandauditallsupplier’soperationincompliancewithgovernmentregulationsandlaws,responsibleforrespondingtoFDAauditsandmaintaininggoodcommunicationwithFDA.?
Role&Responsibilities
·??Performfoodsafety&QAaudits.
·??Monitordocumentrecordingsystem:auditformsandrelatedrecordsthatconformtoallfoodstandardsandnationalregulations,ensurethefoodserviceisinaccordancewithcampusfoodstandardsandspecificationsthroughdailysupervisionandaudit,followuptheactionpointsfromtheaudit.
·??Monitorfoodsafetyqualityandhygienemanagementsystem.
·??Monitorsourcingandfollowofpurchaseorderswiththefoodserviceprovider.Discussandresolveanyqualityissueswithsuppliersinconjunctionwiththeserviceprovider.
·??WorkcloselywithlocalFDA,attendingmeetings,trainingandon-sitevisitsasrequired.
·??TocooperatewithallFDAinspections,workingwithLineManager(s)toformulate&actuponactionplans.
·??WorkwithSchoolandcateringserviceprovidertoensurelicensesarealwaysuptodate&renewalsmanagedinatimelymanner.
·??WorkwithLineManager(s)&Facilities&Operationsteamtoensureallfacilitiesarealwaysmaintainedatthehighestlevel.
·??Providesdedicatedservice,monitoringandsupervisionofthethirdpartycateringsuppliertoensurethehealthandsafety,nutritionalvalues,choicesandpresentationareatthehighestlevelpossible.
·??WorkwiththeFrontofHouseSupervisorsupervisingthefoodsevicesontheDUCKS,JuniorSchool&SeniorSchoolCampuses.
·??WorkwiththeCaterProviderforthecateringrequestsforallevents.
·??Tosuperviseandmonitorthefullcycleofrestaurantoperationsincludingbutnolimittothegoodsreceivedintheearlymorning,
·??Supervisionoffoodsampling,foodlabelling.
·??Ensuretherequireddataisuploadedontotheappropriatesystemondailybasis,suchas:?sunshineLunchPlatformandotherrequiredinformationsystems.
·??LiaisonwithIntertek,theexternalmonitoringagencyasrequired.
·??SuperviseNurseFoodMonitoringArrangementacrosstheDUCKS,JuniorSchool&SeniorSchoolcampuses,providingareportonaweeklybasis.
·??Workwiththecateringserviceprovidertoensurethetraining,recordingandreportingmeettherequirementsfromrelevantpoliciesandregulationplustheadditionalSchooltrainingrequirements.
·??LiaisewiththeCateringServiceProvidertoensuretrainingiscontinualandappropriatewithemphasisonfoodhealth&safety,foodhygiene,bestpracticesandmenudevelopment.ProvidingatermlyreporttotheHeadofOperations&Facility.
·??IsamemberoftheDCSNutritionCommittee
·??WorkcloselywiththethirdpartytoimplementtheinfectiousDiseasesPreventionManagementwithnursingprovision,attendingmeetings,trainingandon-sitevisitsasrequired.OthersupportrequestedbytheLineManagerAnyreasonablerequestmadebythelinemanagerthatensuresconsistentdeliveryofservicetotheCollege(includingemergencyBusMonitorcoverdutywhererequired)
