1.及時發送edi數據到鐵路公司,確保需要多式聯運的出口集裝箱貨物順利進入鐵路系統;

2.與鐵路公司保持密切交流,追蹤集裝箱在鐵路上的運輸動態;

3.在貨物截港當時提交裝運清單以及各類艙單,確保集裝箱裝載上預定船舶;

4.與碼頭,海關等密切交流,處理在碼頭內所產生的各類突發事件;

5.船開后對于上船集裝箱進行整理歸檔

Accountabilities:

1.ReconciletheVesselloadlist;

2.MonitorthemovementofcontainerstothemarineterminalandverifyOOCLhastheproperdocumentswhenthefinalterminalloadissubmitted;

3.Arrangelategatesasrequired;

4.Updatebookingsinterminalsystems;

5.Monitordrayagefromtheramptotheterminalforintermodalrailcargo;

6.ActasaliaisonbetweentheterminalandtheCustomerServiceDept.onallcargounacceptabletoload;

7.Compilefinalterminalloadlistsandnotifyallaffectedpartiesviae-maildaily.
