崗位描述:
1、協助經理制訂市場發展計劃并負責各類專項調研的組織和執行;
2、負責與國內各主流調研機構的溝通,并根據原始數據和經理的要求輸出各類分析報告;
3、結合各方面意見形成信調報告的評估文檔,作出相應總結分析,并形成經驗積累;
4、負責市場活動、服務或信息供應商的統一管理和評估;
5、完成相關統計分析或進度報表;
6、收集競爭對手或產品的各種信息,如策略、活動、推廣資料等,負責進行市場調研。
任職資格:
1、市場營銷管理類或相關專業本科以上學歷;
2、具有營銷行業的從業背景,有專業從事市場調研工作兩年以上經驗者優先;
3、熟悉產品結構調整與產品運作操作,具有發散性思維和創新意識;
4、善于思考,具備良好的應變能力、溝通協調能力和文字組織能力;
5、具有敏銳的洞察力和一定的分析判斷能力;
6、積極主動,性格開朗,能夠建立較為廣泛的行業內人脈關系。
