篇2:手機硬件總監崗位職責內容

1.負責一個硬件開發團隊的日常管理,并對團隊所承擔的手機項目負責。

2.從技術上對團隊提供指導,與周邊部門有效溝通,負責協調各產品項目硬件開發人員的安排、調度。

3.負責組織下屬各室的完善管理、提升技術能力。
