-Otherdutiesasassignedbydirectormanager.

房屋租賃平臺客服專員崗位職責
崗位職責:
1)保持良好的形象,注重禮儀禮貌,協助站長對站內員工的行為舉止、衣著等進行監督,樹立良好的員工形象
2)熟悉樓宇信息、租戶信息,熟悉常規問題的處理方法以及突發事件的處理方案
3)負責受理和妥善處理租戶的電話投訴或上門投訴,調節租戶與公司之間的關系
4)接待租戶的上門咨詢,記錄客戶咨詢、投訴內容,及時反饋給站長進行安排處理
5)及時發現來電及上門客戶的需求和意見,并記錄整理和及時匯報至站長處
6)定期回訪和維護租戶,保持租戶與公司的良好的關系
7)積極參加業務培訓,提高業務水平,自覺學習有關客戶服務的知識,提高個人素質
8)完成上級交辦的其他事項
9)在規定時間做好周計劃表以及周總結表匯總至站長處

1、根據客戶需求提供貸款信息,收集客戶貸款所需資料,解答客戶疑問。
2、接受客戶咨詢,記錄客戶咨詢、投訴內容,按照相應流程給予客戶反饋
3、安排客戶洽談簽定貸款合同,解釋相關條款和處理客戶異議及投訴。
4、能及時發現貸款客戶的需求及意見,并記錄整理及匯報。
5、開展以客戶關懷為目標的回訪服務,做好通知客戶簽約等售后服務。
6、逾期賬戶催收工作,未逾期客戶提前進行電話提醒,并及時上報風險信息。
