醫(yī)生規(guī)培感想
秋天是一個豐收的季節(jié),也是一個離別的季節(jié)。看著新入院的規(guī)培醫(yī)生,我的思緒仿佛回到了三年前。
三年前,對于剛參加工作不久的我來說,職業(yè)發(fā)展似乎陷入了一個瓶頸期。曾經(jīng)的我對未來感到萬分迷茫,想改變,但不知如何著手。這時,我了解到了住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn),便下決心踏上一條新的求學(xué)路。終于,經(jīng)過了層層選拔、考試,我加入了XA市中心醫(yī)院麻醉科,成為了這里的一名規(guī)培醫(yī)生。在規(guī)培報道之前,我特別擔(dān)心自己工作能力不夠,也擔(dān)心自己不能很好地融入到這個集體,但當(dāng)我來到這里后,所有的顧慮都煙消云散了。科里的每個老師都很親切,無論是手術(shù)室內(nèi)外,他們總是耐心地為我答疑解惑,與我分享寶貴的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)和技巧。老師們的悉心教導(dǎo)不僅教會了我專業(yè)知識和技術(shù),更培養(yǎng)了我對患者健康和安全的責(zé)任心和敬業(yè)精神。
市中心醫(yī)院麻醉科是一個非常注重教學(xué)和成長的一個科室,科室經(jīng)常舉行各種小講課,教學(xué)查房,病例討論等,為我們規(guī)培醫(yī)生提供了非常好的學(xué)習(xí)平臺。基地崔曉崗主任認(rèn)為麻醉醫(yī)生與病人接觸時間短,工作范圍常常局限于手術(shù)室,溝通、演講能力是我們的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),因此特地舉辦規(guī)培醫(yī)生演講比賽來提高我們的表達(dá)能力。我非常幸運(yùn)地參加了兩次演講比賽,從第一次上臺的時候緊張到忘詞,到第二次已經(jīng)能夠自信地面對觀眾,我的演講能力有了很明顯的進(jìn)步。另外,麻醉科一周一次的晨課,也讓我們規(guī)培醫(yī)生的教學(xué)能力有了很大的提升。
在這里我也非常榮幸在結(jié)識了一些優(yōu)秀的同事,他們既是我的良師益友,也是我堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的后盾。我們一起在無數(shù)個深夜里并肩奮斗,共同分擔(dān)著工作的壓力和疲憊。在他們的陪伴下,我學(xué)到了如何與團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作,如何處理突發(fā)狀況,并在緊張的工作環(huán)境中依舊保持冷靜和專業(yè)性。我們也有很多難忘的經(jīng)歷,比如一起準(zhǔn)備教學(xué)查房比賽,一起排練結(jié)業(yè)典禮的節(jié)目,那些彼此陪伴、支持、鼓勵的日子,讓我銘記于心。
三年規(guī)培學(xué)習(xí),讓我有了很大的進(jìn)步和成長。住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)是一項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)性、實(shí)用性、規(guī)范性具有很強(qiáng)的可操作性。對于年輕的我而言,缺少的正是臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)和技能操作的不斷積累和實(shí)踐。因此規(guī)培就像一場及時雨,在我職業(yè)生涯剛開始的時候,經(jīng)歷這么一場及時雨是多么的幸運(yùn)。通過這三年的規(guī)培,我真正學(xué)到了知識,練習(xí)了技能。規(guī)培工作期間,麻醉科的臨床工作讓我深刻體會到了醫(yī)生的責(zé)任和使命。麻醉醫(yī)生的職責(zé)不僅是管理患者的疼痛,更是保障患者在手術(shù)中的安全和康復(fù),患者信任我們,我們守護(hù)著他們的健康和平安。
在離別之際,我內(nèi)心充滿了不舍和感激。在此特別感謝市中心醫(yī)院麻醉科各位老師的悉心指導(dǎo)。雖然規(guī)培結(jié)束了,但是學(xué)習(xí)永無止境。我將繼續(xù)虛心學(xué)習(xí),勤于思考,學(xué)以致用,查漏補(bǔ)缺,提升自己的專業(yè)能力和技能。每一次離別意味著更好的重逢。我將帶著這段寶貴經(jīng)歷以及對麻醉科的熱愛,投入到新的工作崗位中。我相信離別只是短暫的,我們在不久的將來將再次相聚。

附屬醫(yī)院進(jìn)修醫(yī)生管理制度
1、進(jìn)修醫(yī)生必須嚴(yán)格遵守醫(yī)院各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度,按時上,下班,自覺參加業(yè)務(wù)活動和政治學(xué)習(xí),并服從所在科室安排的各項(xiàng)工作。
2、進(jìn)修醫(yī)生在醫(yī)院進(jìn)修學(xué)習(xí)期間,要在醫(yī)院工作人員指導(dǎo)下開展工作。
3、進(jìn)修醫(yī)生無權(quán)出具病假,傷殘,轉(zhuǎn)診,計(jì)劃生育等病情證明;進(jìn)修醫(yī)生進(jìn)修期間根據(jù)情況可授予處方權(quán);進(jìn)修醫(yī)生可書寫病歷,但需帶教上級醫(yī)師修改并簽名。
4、進(jìn)修醫(yī)生應(yīng)自覺愛護(hù)醫(yī)院公共財(cái)物和醫(yī)療,教學(xué),科研資料,嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行保護(hù)性醫(yī)療制度,無權(quán)借閱,收藏及私帶醫(yī)院病歷,檢查資料和各種標(biāo)本。
5、接收進(jìn)修醫(yī)生的科室,應(yīng)由一名主治醫(yī)師以上職稱的醫(yī)師負(fù)責(zé)帶教,具體制定進(jìn)修計(jì)劃并組織落實(shí)。
