在幼兒園，經常有家長對我說:真怪，我家的孩子在家不聽話。可在幼兒園，老師說啥他聽啥。真不知道老師的法寶是什么？事實確實如此，許多孩子在家很任性，在幼兒園卻很聽話。怎么回事？其實，家庭教育是使孩子任性的主要原因。家長帶孩子逛商店，孩子看到喜歡的玩具，不管家中有沒有，都吵著要買，家長往往都讓步，孩子不合理的要求被滿足了，任性的毛病就隨之發展。在幼兒園，老師往往冷靜地分析原因，正當的要求滿足，不正當的要求用童趣語言嚴格杜絕，并鼓勵他改正錯誤，表揚他是好寶寶。

孩子特別喜歡聽老師的表揚。當玩具丟在地上時，我故意說：玩具寶寶哭了，它找不到家了。孩子們都會意了愿意為玩具“效力”送玩具寶寶回家。

我的法寶是：童心需要童話來澆灌滋潤。
