篇2:底盤拆裝安全技術操作規程

1、嚴格遵守學院制定實訓“十要”、“十不準”規章制度。

2、實訓前,聽從老師講解及演示,掌握項目內容范圍。

3、實行文明操作,做到三不落地(工具、零件、油類)。

4、確保人身機件安全,嚴格遵守操作規程。

5、選用合適的工具操作,采用正確的拆裝方法和工藝。

6、舉升作業時,車輛停放穩固,防止傾翻側倒,升降時嚴禁車下站人,保險良好有效。

7、吊車起吊重物應選好范圍,鋼絲及掛鉤牢固,用力均衡,移升降落緩慢。

8、拆裝零部件應使用專用拉、壓具,不允許敲擊碰撞工作面,橡膠類件不能用汽油清洗,摩擦面不能沾上油類。

9、裝配后的零件、總成、系統進行調整,確保轉動靈活、輕便,松緊程度合乎標準。

篇3:底盤測功機操作規程

1.應嚴格按照說明書進行各項操作

2.不允許軸載大雨lOt的車輛進行檢測或通過。

3.車輛上臺前,底盤下部應清洗干凈,輪胎氣壓應達到規定值,將粘、嵌在輪胎上的泥沙和石塊清除干凈。

4.為保證測試精度,儀器箱必須預熱30分鐘以上。

5.當汽車為前輪驅動時,應使汽車處于直線行使狀態。

6.當用高速(80~lOOkm/h)進行檢測時,應特別注意安全操作,高速檢測時間應<2min/次。

7.測試時,一定要用擋塊(三角鐵)抵住汽車前輪(既不壓滾筒的車輪)或用牽引繩拉住。測試中,汽車的前、后均嚴禁站人或通行。

8.在測試中,嚴禁將舉升器升起。嚴禁被測車輪接觸到舉升板。

9.測功完畢后,退出測功狀態。

10.測功結束后,應切斷總電源。
