崗位職責:

1、負責區(qū)域內代理商管理;

2、配件市場的維護和支持工作;

3、協(xié)助開發(fā)新產品;

4、完成區(qū)域規(guī)定的銷售目標。

任職要求:

1、具有色譜質譜分析儀器維修經驗,本科學歷及以上;

2、具備良好的用戶服務意識和理念;

3、有1-2年銷售或產品開發(fā)經驗者佳;

4、人品端正,做事認真踏實好學,保持良好的工作積極性和熱情;

5、善于思考,有良好的溝通能力和跨部門的協(xié)調能力;

區(qū)域銷售經理(OES產品)KeyResponsibilities

·Establishacomprehensivecoverageofagreedterritoryandproducts

-ResponsibleforsellingHHAOESproductsorservicesdirectlytocustomersorviadistributors/agent

-Developsnewaccountsand/orexpandsexistingaccountsmainlywithinSichuanandChongqingprovinceorindustrysegments

-IdentifiescustomerneedsandmarkettrendsandpresentsHHAproductsandsupportservicestocustomersappropriatelyandeffectively.

-ResponsibleforensuringtheSalespipelineismaintainedwithabalanceofshort,midandlongtermprospectssufficientforthecontinuousattainmentofyourhalfyeartargets.

-CreationandmaintainingallrelevantcustomerinformationintheCRMsystemincludingleadsandopportunities

-Buildandmaintaincloseandeffectiveworkingrelationshipswithaccounts/customers

-Visitcustomerstoenhancemarketcoverage

-Achievestrategicdistributor/agentdevelopmentobjectives

-UpholdHHABrandintegritywithindistributors/agentsandoperateinamannerconsistentwiththeHHAbrandvalues.

-Checkquotationrequestsandparticipateinmajorbids,ensuringtheyarewonatbestpriceandterms.Intervenepersonallywithend-usersasappropriate.

-Proposemarketinginitiativese.g.seminars,directmailing,tradeshows,conferencesandadvertising.

·PlanandexecuteagreedSalestargetsincludingsalesbyproduct,marketsegment,productmix,takeresponsibilityforcashcollectionandmaintaininggrossmargins.

·Provideregularreportsinanagreedformat.

·Interfacewithexistingofficeteam

·Maintainprofessionalawarenessofrelevantexternaltechnicalandbusinessdevelopmentsandofcompetitoractivity.

·Otherjobassignedbylinemanager.

Requirement:

·Physics,Chemistry,Materialsciencerelatedengineeringdegreeispreferredifappropriatemarketexperiencecanbedemonstrated.

·Experienceofhightechnologyenvironment,orexperiencefromwithinaDistributortotheindustrysector.

·ExperienceofworkinginSichuan/ChongqingProvince.

·Understandsandmanageswithinatechnicalenvironment.

·Abletoexplainthetechnicalfeatures,advantagesandbenefitsofrelevantproducts.

·Over5yearsworkingexperienceinthemetalsrelatedindustry,suchasmetalsmanufacturing,processing,PMI,Automotivemanufacturing.

·FluencyinEnglish(writtenandspoken)andMandarin

·ProficientPCskillsincludingMSOffice;ValidDrivingLicenseofPeople'RepublicofChina

·"Cando"attitude–Decisive,abletoworkaroundissuestodeliverperformance

·Proactive,self-starter,self-motivatedandcanworkeffectivelywithlittlesupervision.Initiatesactionstodevelopnewandbetterwaysofworking.

1、每天領取片區(qū)客戶資料,了解客戶需求,制定方案;

2、及時跟蹤及處理客戶反饋,維護客戶關系;

3、有效率的和客戶進行溝通,促進完成訂單;

4、按時完成銷售安排的任務

任職要求:

1、具備良好的溝通能力,語言表達能力強;

2、熱愛銷售工作,有積極的進取心和責任感;

3、中專以上學歷,普通話標準;

4、熟練使用網絡及辦公軟件;

5、有銷售經驗者優(yōu)先考慮;
